Another binge, shame spiral, and resolution.

After a week of restricting and obsessing, you binged again.

This morning, you’re bloated, frustrated, and disgusted. Worst of all, you don’t even know why it happened, or how you could have prevented it.

You know you’re supposed to “love your body” and that “all foods are okay”, but that’s the opposite of the noise in your head.

When you look into a reflective surface, all you can see are your flaws.

And the idea of having just one cookie and stopping sounds impossible.

The thought of fighting this eating disorder for the rest of your life makes you despair and feel hopeless.

Everything looks great on paper.

You’re a brainiac problem solver who’s thriving in your career.

But your personal life is another story.

You’re an engineer, so overthinking is part of how your brain works. But in your case, it slides into obsessing more often than not.

Self-care routines start with good intentions but quickly head downhill.

You’re pretty sure that your habits of staying up late and eating sporadically are not helping you, but she can’t seem to break the pattern.

And it’s often challenging to connect with other people. Sometimes you feel so different from everyone else.

You know the why, but pain still runs the show.

At this point, you get an A+ for insight – you can run rings around most therapists.

The link between past abuse and neglect and today’s panic attacks, anxious attachment, and low self-worth is clear.

BUT… Life is still way more painful than peaceful. The core patterns persist.

The yoga, mindfulness, and journaling feel nice in the moment, but inevitably, the anxiety, feelings of failure, and depression return.

You can see where your forward movement in life is stalling out because of it.

Not willing to give up on your healing process, you’re a fighter. So here you are, searching for something that goes deeper. Does it even exist?

Your life really would be fantastic…

If it wasn’t for chronic pain.

Debilitating migraines that derail your entire day.

Back pain is so uncomfortable that it causes you to snap at your loved ones and keeps you from the hiking and gym sessions that feed your soul.

To the outside observer, your life is great. But chronic pain clouds your entire experience.

You’ve spoken with doctors, and they’ve all said the same thing: “There’s likely an aspect of your pain that has to do with emotions, and the right therapy could help.”

You don’t really understand this, but you’re willing to try anything if it reduces the pain even somewhat, especially if the therapist has unique, specialized training in this field.

What you’ve been trying just isn’t working.

Maybe you’ve been attempting to DIY your way out of these issues via books and podcasts.

Or, you’re an experienced therapy client.

Either way, you’re committed to finding a way out, but you can’t seem to get off the hamster wheel.

Here’s the thing…

If you keep going down conventional, well-worn paths of mainstream media advice and talk therapy, you will keep getting what you’ve gotten: the same dry approaches that somehow don’t seem to work for you entirely.

What does that mean? You stay where you are.

Hi, I’m Stephanie.

I’ve been in your shoes. That’s why I do what I do.

I understand deeply how it feels to be in physical and emotional pain, to search high and low for effective healing, to apply suggestion after suggestion, only to have it fall short again and again.

After a certain point, you start to think the problem is you, don’t you?

I want to nip that in the bud for you.

With over 20 years of experience as a healer (somatic therapist, functional nutritionist specializing in mental health, and spiritual practitioner), I offer a one-of-a-kind process synthesized from my experience and hundreds of client successes.

Real-deal healing requires addressing mind, body, and spirit, so that’s what I provide for my clients. And I’m willing to bet that you haven’t experienced anything like this.

(Don’t worry about the spiritual part – I’m actually allergic to woo-woo and bypassing. True spirituality is grounded and grounding.)

When you feel strong, centered, and calm, you can show up as your most authentic self and give your best to the world. And really, isn’t that what we are here on this planet to do?
